Scope

These terms apply to every offer on this website and to every agreement you enter into with us. Any arrangement that differs from them only applies if we have confirmed it in writing or by e-mail.

Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT, excluding shipping. Shipping costs are shown before you pay and appear on your confirmation.

Prices may change, but never retroactively for an order we have already confirmed. We are not bound by an obvious error in a price or description; in that case we contact you before charging anything.

Your order

The agreement comes into effect once we confirm your order by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us — something went wrong.

Some pieces are available by request. You do not pay straight away: you send a request and we tell you whether, when and at what price we can make it. The agreement only exists once you accept that confirmation.

Payment

Payments are handled by Mollie, our payment provider. Your payment details go to Mollie and not to us; we only see whether a payment succeeded.

For pieces made by request, we agree the payment method in our confirmation.

Delivery

We ship from the Netherlands to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Items in stock are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Pieces made to order take longer; we tell you the lead time before we start.

Stated delivery times are an indication, not a fixed deadline. If delivery unexpectedly takes longer than 30 days, you may cancel free of charge and we refund you within 14 days.

Risk passes to you as soon as you, or someone you designate, receives the parcel.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You may cancel an order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, and return it within 14 days after that. The piece must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Return shipping is at your expense.

Important exception: pieces made especially for you or personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal, under article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code. Once production of such a piece has started, it can no longer be cancelled or returned.

We refund within 3 working days of receiving your return, using the same payment method.

Upcycling and variation

Our pieces are made from existing garments and materials. Small differences in colour, texture, placement of details and finishing are part of that and are not defects — they are what makes each piece unique. Photographs on this website therefore give an impression rather than an exact representation.

Conformity and defects

You are entitled to a product that does what you may reasonably expect of it. If there is a production fault, contact us within 14 days of discovering it. We repair the piece, replace it, or refund you if neither is possible.

Damage from normal wear, misuse or incorrect washing is not covered.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, e-mail contact@lagardeofficial.eu. You will have a reply within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can take your complaint to the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to our agreements. Mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence continues to apply alongside it.
