What we process

When you order: your name, e-mail address, delivery address, phone number if you provide one, what you ordered and in which size, any personalisation you asked for, and the note you leave yourself.

When you have an account: the same data plus the preferences you enter, such as your size, and your order history.

When you request a piece: your name, contact details and what you are asking for.

When you contact us by e-mail or WhatsApp: whatever you send us.

Why we process it

To fulfil your order, deliver it and keep you informed about it. This is necessary for the agreement we have with you.

To meet our legal obligations. Dutch tax law requires us to keep invoices and order data for seven years.

To answer your questions and handle complaints.

We do not build profiles and we do not sell your data. There is no automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

Only with parties needed to run the shop, and only what they need:

Mollie (Amsterdam) processes your payment. Your payment details go to Mollie, not to us.

PostNL delivers your parcel and receives your name, address and contact details for that purpose.

Supabase hosts our database and accounts, located in Frankfurt, within the EU.

Vercel hosts the website. Server code runs in Frankfurt, within the EU.

TransIP handles our e-mail, from the Netherlands.

We have data processing agreements with these parties. We share nothing further unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data: seven years, because tax law requires it.

Your account: for as long as you keep it. If you delete it, or ask us to, we erase your account data; order data we are legally required to keep remains until those seven years have passed.

Requests and correspondence: no longer than two years after the last contact.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics and no advertising cookies. That is also why there is no cookie banner: we only place what is needed to make the site work.

Specifically: a cookie remembering whether you view the site in Dutch or English, and — if you sign in — a cookie for your session. Your basket is kept in your own browser and only reaches us when you check out.

Your rights

You may access your data, have it corrected or erased. You may object to processing, ask for it to be restricted, and request your data in a portable file.

Send your request to contact@lagardeofficial.eu. You will hear from us within a month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Security

The entire website runs over a secure connection. Access to orders and customer data is restricted to signed-in staff. Shipping labels containing addresses are kept in restricted storage.

Changes

If anything changes in how we handle your data, we update this statement. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
